Shipping: Your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

Return Policy: Non personalized items may be returned for a refund, minus the shipping charges within 14 business days of the delivery date. Refund will be issued upon Divine Event’s receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Returned non personalized items must be in its original packaging/sealed condition and in resellable condition. Refunds will not be issued on returned items not in resellable condition.

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sales on personalized items are final. Orders placed for personalized items cannot be changed or altered in any way.

Items damaged during shipping will be exchanged for the same item/quantity received. To report a damaged item, contact us by e-mail at info.divineevents@gmail.com within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. Be sure to include the order number to receive a postage-paid return label. A replacement item will be shipped immediately at no additional charge.
